ACE Partnership Framework

Our ACE framework defines our partnership approach to our customer relationships. As depicted in the diagram below, our association with the customer typically begins at the Associative phase where the service level commitments are different from when our relationship matures to the Collaborative phase. Finally in the Enterprise phase, our customer has the option to have equity participation or the complete buy-out of our competence center. This approach ensures that our customer’s investment in the company is protected and they have a low total cost of ownership from a long-term perspective.



Associative Phase: Company delivers as per and beyond our customer’s requirement.

Collaborative Phase: Company strives to enhance our customer’s organization performance and align the project team’s objective with the strategic goals of their organization.

Enterprise Phase: The customer and the company create a shared vision and mutual long-term goals.
