Relationship Maturity Model

To support our ACE Partnership Framework, we have also developed a Relationship Maturity Model (RMM) to measure the level of each of our customer relationships. The RMM depicts the extent we have developed knowledge around key performance indicators in a quadrant. This measure then defines the level of relationship maturity and ties into our ACE framework.

The RMM is designed to measure the progress and value of each customer’s relationship with Consulting Alliance in these key areas:
